We recommend using our online measurement guide or consulting with a professional saddle fitter. You can also contact our team with your horse's breed and wither profile for personalized recommendations.
What is your return policy on riding apparel and boots?
We offer a 30-day return window for all apparel and boots, provided they are in brand-new condition with original tags attached. Items showing signs of use in the saddle cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy tack items?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs for heavier items like saddles and stable equipment are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total package weight.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Are your leather products covered by a warranty?
Most of our premium leather bridles and saddles come with a manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Normal wear and tear or damage from improper care are not covered.
