Returns & Exchanges
At Equine Exchange Tack Shop, we want both you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece of equipment or apparel doesn't meet your needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in new, unused condition with original tags.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Gear
Ensure all items, including horse blankets and boots, are free of hair, dirt, and debris. Pack the items securely in their original packaging with all manufacturer tags attached.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Place the Return Authorization form inside the box and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our tack experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
